Should I Be Worried Of Having Headache After Replacing Pacemaker?

My dad is 52 and his blood pressure is currently 170/122 and he has been complaining of a headache. He had his pacemaker replaced about two weeks ago and does not have good health overall. Should he go to the er or wait to see his dr at an appointment?

The BP of 170/122 with a previous history of pacemaker is an emergency and the headache is also cause of the raised BP. He should certainly go to the ER and get his BP adjusted.
