Should I Be Worried Of Severe Pain Under Right Breastbone Which Has A Pocket Of Fluid?

I have severe pain under my right breastbone which also seems to have a small pocket of fluid. Woke up all of a sudden with severe pain and no prior warning. No broken ribs...should I see a specialist or be concerned my doctor just gave me an antibiotic.
