Should I Be Worried Of Spotting And Cramping During Pregnancy?

Hello, I m 6 weeks pregnant and have mild spotting (on and off, light brown color or just a tinge of pink blood) and daily mild cramping .This is my second pregnancy and I did not have these symptoms with my first child and very worried. Should I be concerned?

Hello, you need to take good bed rest and avoid sexual contact.
Take duphaston 10 mg thrice a day till 14 weeks and get an ultrasound as soon as possible.
