Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears that you pregnant of 7 weeks. you had spotting after intercourse some times.
The reason for such spotting may be the infection, or anemia. Which may effect the early pregnancy.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need regular follow ups with the doctor.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
