Should I Be Worried Of The Bump Which Does Not Itch?

i have a small bump that does not itch, and has not changed in size on my back.. i was told it was a cyst and to not worry about it. should i have it looked at?? I never had it before now.. and have been watching this for at least a year.. it has not changed in any way..

Yes, this is most probably a sebaceous cyst.
There is nothing to worry at the moment.
BUT - why to keep this. Get this removed when it is small and easily operable ; why to wait till it enlarges or has complications like infection.
