Should I Change Medicine Or Reduce Food To Control Blood Sugar?

I take Gluconrm Gi along the break fast . Total number or beads token by me in a day are seven .With break fast, lunch and dinner when I take 3 ,2 ,2 breads ; there is blood sugar after break fast. when I take 2, 3,2 then there is no sugar .Should I change medicine decrease food in take .

you could consider alternate forms if bread like whole wheat / multigrain .also consider high fibre foods / salads at meal times .if sugars still high then a change in medication would be required .
