Should I Consult A Doctor As I Am Having Inflamed Throat After Inhaling Chest Hairs?

I inhaled one of my husbands chest hairs last night, and it feels like its stuck in the back of my throat. I have tried gargling without relief. Today the back of my throat and back of my tongue feel inflamed. I cant see it. Will it go away eventually, or do I need to go to the Dr.?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi. This is a common problem and feeling. May times it is the pharyngitis causing this feeling of foreign body sensation. It is better to visit an ENT Surgeon and get a small EN Endoscopy to ascertain the cause and treatment accordingly .
