Should I Consult A Doctor As She Is Having Black Spots On The Inside Of Her Cheek?

my daughter has three or four black spots on the inside of her cheek.She seen them when she was brushing her teeth.She has no pain and has never noticed them before.She is only 13.Should i take her to the hospital or just
wait and make an appointment with our family doctor.
