Should I Continue Medication For Elevated BP Readings?

My blood pressure reading is up and down but diastolic only lowers to 93 for a week now. I've seen my doctor and gave me lower dosage of 2.5mg called Norvas and a follow up appointment after 10 days. I started to take the pill for 2 days and skipped for 3 days because of hesitation. Do I need to continue the medication?

You must continue your medication regularly.
There is no benefit with intermittent medication and sometimes it may rather be hazardous due to rebound hypertension following a missed dose.
