Should I Continue Using Morr 7.5% For Hair Loss?

hello doctor actully i have hair loss from last 2 to 3 years then went to my doctor last year july he gave me some madicines and morr 7.5% after that mintop 5% but now again hair loss problem started so shall i continue the morr 7.5% bcoz i saw the difference while using that but there is no difference mintop 5%
