Should I Get Medication For Blocked Nose, Cough And Wheezing?

I have had a blocked nose for a few days. I smoked too much last night, and now I have a cough and wheezing. The symptoms become better with saltwater gargling and steaming. Do I need to go get any medication, or is it just the flu. I live in a cold place.

Hello

Cough and wheezing is bad sign and indicates that the infection is spreading into your lungs, hence i would like you to meet your doctor for medications as you may need some antibiotics for the infection.
Meanwhile you can start steam inhalation 3-4 times a day
THanks
