Should I Go To ER As My Son Is Having Headache, Vomiting And Fever?

hi my son is 6 yrs he s been complaining about a headache since tuesday and had a fever of 100.4 that night I gave him tylenol and he was fine the next day he looks pale and had lost his apetite then friday he said his stomach was hurting and vomited once and again the headache but not fever . what it could be ? should I take him to the ER I already make an appointment with his ped. but is until monday .

Most likely it seems that your son is having a viral infection. You should give him round the clock coverage with paracetamol. He should take plenty of water. You may show him to the ER as there is a risk of dehydration.
