Should I Go To The Doctor When 11 Weeks Pregnant And Started Bleeding?

Hi, I was about 11 weeks pregnant and started bleeding this morning. had cramps then bleeding with clots. i know I'm miscarrying as i've had a previous miscarriage about 4 months ago. Should I just wait today and see what happens or do I need to go into hospital as I have an appointment for Friday anyway. Doctors say there's little they can do as nature will take it's course. So i don't know what to do?
