I had unprotected sex 3 months ago. I tested for HIV, Chlamydia, gonorrhea , herpes 2 igg, syphilis and hepatitis b at three months. All negative, the gonorrhea was a swab, all others were blood. The herpes igg results stated trace reactivity, the igm was negative. and the Chlamydia was an igm, shud I have tested for igg instead? What does my herpes results mean? And Chlamydia?

You need to test for Ig M actually, Ig M antibody denotes active recent infections, while Ig G denotes chronic past infection. So if Your Ig M antibody comes positive than you should worry.
