Should I Have To Undergo Valvuloplasty?

I AM MALE AND 24 YEARS OLD.I HAVE DONE THE ECO BEFORE 4 MONTHS AND IT SHOWS MVP WITH MVR (MODERATELY) AND AR (SEVERE).SOME DOCTORS ADVISED ME THAT, I SHOUD CHANGE MY BOTH VALVES AROTIC AND MITRAL AND SOME DOCTORS ADVISED ME YOU SHOULD REPAIR (VALVOPLASTY) YOUR VALVES AND SOME ADVISED ME ,YOU NEED A OPERATION LATER NOT NOW. SIR I AM VERY SCARED ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. PLEASE GUIDE ME WHAT SOULD I DO? SIR I HAVE UNDER GONE RHEMAUTIC FEVER WHEN I WAS CHILD IT IS THE REASON OF THIS VALVES PROBLEM.AND NOW I AM TAKING ANTIBIOTIC INJECTION MONTHLY (BENZYBIOTICS-120000 UNITS). SIR PLEASE ADVISE ME YOUR VALUEABLE COMMENTS.THANKS

For severe AR you require valve replacement. Your echo should be analysed in detail for for mitral valve replacemet vs valvoplasty. But it should be noted that valvoplasty and and valve replacement both are open heart surgery and both surgery bears almost same risk.
