Should I Meet Doctor For Cold, Sore Throat, Body Pain And Fatigue?

have been sick with a terrible cold going on 6 days now,consists of soar throat high temps starting today, i reached 105 it dropped to 101 after tylanol. stuffy nose, soar throat, confusion, fatigue, body aches and pains. also, The back of my throat, the viens are really, red soar and poped out. should i go in to see my docter?

this is long time it seem to be acute sinusitis according to history
you can take metronidazole to cover infection
use anti allergic tabs
hypertonic nasal saline dropes in nose
tylanol can be repeated off and on and antiseptic mouth wash gargles
see for one or two days if feeling good can continue course otherwise get xray pns waters view and consult ent doctor who can manage according to the xray position
