Should I Meet Doctor For Fever, Chest Congestion And Cough?

I have had a low grade fever since Sunday evening (99.5-101.1) and have chest congestion and persistent cough. Otherwise, I feel ok, just a little low on energy. I am type 1 diabetic and my blood sugars have been high since this began. Should I see a doctor or just let this run it's course?
