Should I Meet Doctor For Light Color Spots On Skin?
Hi I am African American women that is 25 I'm light skinned as some of my race my say but over time i have notice some light spots that are one shade lighter than my skin color on both of my arms can tell what my cause this to happen, do I need to see a doctor?
