Should I Meet Doctor For Light Color Spots On Skin?
Hi I am African American women that is 25 I'm light skinned as some of my race my say but over time i have notice some light spots that are one shade lighter than my skin color on both of my arms can tell what my cause this to happen, do I need to see a doctor?

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that skin color is genetically decided and some time such deference is seen in certain subject which is normal still the skin observation clinically is must to clear the doubt that you have and this is the only option you have to see the dermatologist, have a nice day.
