Should I See A Doctor For Chest Pain And Arm Pain?

The last week I have had chest pain or tightness, the first time in the night in bed it felt like a tight squeze and tried to roll on side and hurt then yesterday at work I fely a real hurtful pain in chest and kind of in both arms is this something I should have checked out?

Chest pain is a kind of thing u must not ignore, & should immediately consult physician or cardiologist. Dont be panic, but go to a doctor & get your ECG done first. I would rather suggest u should have consulted the doctor on the very 1st occasion only
