Hello It seems from the history that you are having a cyst on the white part of the eye. This can be a degenerative condition like pinguecula, pterygium or inflammatory lesion like episcleritis. If you are having pain as a associated symptom, then it is most probably inflammatory one and requires treatment by antiinflammatory drugs. If it is degenerative condition as indicated by absence of pain it requires surgical excision. Hence I advice you to consult eye doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
Thank you
