Should I Stop Taking Progynova And What Is The Other Alternative?

I am 44 years old. I had TLH surgery in 2010. Since then I am taking progynova 2 mg on daily basis. Now I am getting severe headaches as well as DVT appearing on my legs. Kindly suggest whether I can stop the medicine or what would be the other alternative? Also I am taking althroxine 87.5 in the morning.
