Should I Take HIV Test If Pap Smear Is Normal?

I'm 38 years old .... 7 months ago I have sex with a guy ......I took a hiv test for finger stick in a Hospital and it was negative,, I also got a CBC everything was normal and also my Pap test and Pelvic test and it was normal and healthy.....that I have to take another HIV test???
