General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thanks for reaching out.

I understand your concern.
Usually women experiencing menopausal symptoms like hot flashes, fatigue, vaginal dryness, painful sexual intercourse, insomnia, dry hair or loss of hair, anxiety, mood irritability, reduced libido, absent menses, osteoporsis etc experience change in hormones which needs to be treated.

Visiting your gynecologist may help decide whether to start you on hormonal replacement therapy combined or conjugated estrogen alone after a few hormonal tests.

Hope this helps,
Take care
Regards,
Dr Vignan Rachabattuni
