Should I Take X Rays After Falling On Concrete?

I fell on concrete, hitting my right cheek. Very burised and was swollen. Still painful, but not as bad. This happened about four days ago. We were away on vacation. I am yrs old. Did not break the skin on face. Should I hold off or do I need X-rays?
