Hello,
You need not be scared to test for pregnancy. You can take a simple urine pregnancy test 3-7 days after your due date with a fresh early morning sample of urine. You can see a specialist for a clinical confirmation and get a trans-vaginal sonogram to assess the situation. If you are pregnant, this bleeding could indicate an implantation bleed and if not, it means some hormonal imbalance, which may need correction. Please take a healthy diet, plenty of liquids and sufficient rest. Hope your query has been clarified. Wish you good health.
