HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

In some cases, not all the blood sugars show the same type of changes. This means that while one set of readings may remain in normal range, the others may be high.

The fasting blood sugars are in the prediabetic range. This means that there is a risk of diabetes.

The risk can be reduced by lifestyle changes such as your exercise regimen and also change in diet.
Diet changes mean reducing the use of sodas/juices , increased use of fruits, vegetables and salads, reduced use of high carbohydrate foods.

I hope this helps
