Should I Take Medicines To Control Pressure?

My blood pressure ranges from 119/73 to 143/82 depending on food, temperature, stress and exercise. I am 60 with a resting heart rate of 57 (lower when I wake up) and there are no other indicators/conditions or history. Should I, in your opinion, be taking drugs to control the pressure?.

hi, your blood pressure is perfectly normal. 140/80 at pressure times is normal. you neither need drugs nor salt restriction. all you need is good habits like walking and exrcising.
all the best.
