Should I Take My Last Pill If I Have Started Bleeding?

Hi i have started bleeding again today but still on my last pill in packet so bit early this happened last month too at exactly the same time. do i still take last pill as normal. also i am on anti inflammatory twice a day for ankylosing spondylitus would this affect my periods thank you.

It is true that some anti-inflammatory medications, antibiotics etc., can affect the efficacy of the hormone contraception and can lead to disturbance in the menstrual pattern. This is the most likely cause for the current scenario. Please go ahead with your course as usual.
