Should I Take Saline Bottles With Injection During Pregnancy?

Hi had a quiery. I just had undergone a urine test in which it shows pus cell plenty. I am 24yrs old had been to the GYN and she has suggested me to take saline bottles for 3day in which they would also add some injection. I want to know is it neccesary to do this and secondly wil this affect my prgnancy

2) Please see another gynecologist for getting antibiotics prescribed.
