Should I Treat Cavernous Hemangioma Of My Spine?

I have a cavernous Hemangioma of the spine, and now i think that it is affecting my ablitity to walk, my balance is off and my hanads have weakness in my hands, also my back in the cervical are has shift to the left . do i need to have anything done noe? i am 52 yrs old.
