Should I Worry About The Diabetes During Pregnancy?

I tested hour after eating Santa Fe salad and didn t finish whole thing . I tested one hour after and it read 295. I retested got different readings 129, 189, and got 89 after two hours. I m only on a diet plan with no insulin. I been doing good not going over 130. I found out about week ago I had diabetes due pregnancy . I m 35 weeks pregnant. Should I worry . What does it mean . I haven t been eating big portions and I have are this salad before with low readings after .

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Not to worry. Occasional high level must be wrong reading.
2. Repeat again, and continue with your diet. Diet is important to control sugar and if it is not under control, medications will be necessary.
3. Control of diabetes is very necessary to prevent pregnancy complications. If sugar level shoots too high, delivery needs to done earlier than expected.
