Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Definitely, you should avoid sexual intercourse, because warts are contagious STD, caused by virus.

Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. Electrocautery under local anesthesia is a treatment of choice.

Hope this helps.

If you seek any other information, you may contact again.

Thanks.
