my 4yr old daughter had pneumonia last year should she have the swine flu jab this year? What to do?

Yes, she can be safely vaccinated for swine flu this year. If there is any fever or cough or cold presently then you can wait for it to subside before going for vaccination. The first dose might cause a mild rise in body temperature.
