Should My Daughter With Rapid Heartbeat, Skipped Beats, Excessive Blinking, And Iron Deficiency Go To The ER?

Hi my 19 year old daughter has rapid heart beat and feels like it's skipping a best and excessive blinking. She is iron deficient and trying to take iron a couple of times per week along with multi vitamin. Took monistat vaginally last week. Takes Zyrtec each evening. Should she go to er?
