Should My Doctor Have Doubled My Flomax Dose If My Frequent Urination Worsened, And Why Am I Still Having Trouble Sleeping?

My Dr. prescribed FLOMAX because I was frequently urinating, It helped for a while but got worse. I seen my Dr. and he doubled my dose NOW i go every hour. I take Tylenol PM before I go to bed but the best sleep is about 3 hours then I have to get up to Urinate. Should he have doubled my FLOMAX?
