Should My Elderly Mother’s Seroquel And Remeron Dosage Be Increased Due To Daytime Agitation Despite Sleeping Well At Night?

My 75 year old mother is in the moderate -severe stage of Alzheimer’s. They stoped her Donepezil and Namenda about 2 month ago. She now takes 100 mg Seroquel twice daily and 15 mg Remoron twice daily. This dosage worked for about 6 weeks keeping her calm and sleeping all night. She is still sleeping all night but she is restless and beginning to get really agitated during the day. Does this dosage need to be increased?
