Should My Father With Post-COVID Pneumonia Continue Fibrodone And Deriphyllin For 21 Days?

My father (54), a recovered COVID patient but has post covid Pnemonia with 12 count on CT scan. Sp02 is fine with 98. No breathing problem. Positively I consulted a doctor, he medicated for 21 days with FIBRODONE and DERIPHYLLIN. Shall I continue this for 21 days? Or, I go for Steroids and Remdesevir/ any other thing I should go for. Please help.
