Should My Son Avoid Any Specific Foods After A Street Dog Scratch And Receiving TT And Anti-rabies Injections?

Hi Sir, Good Morning, today morning my son went outside of the Home one of the street dog scratch the leg bit blood. We immediately washed with soap water as well as dettol. After that he was taken to hospital, taken TT and anti-Rabies injection. Dr. Recommended another 3 doses of injection also. We have to avoid any food please advise.
