Should My Son Wear Glasses With +.75 Eye Power?

HELLO SIR MY son who is 5 yrs and 4 months old have been recently been diagonised with cylindrical no of +.75,-3.75 and 1degree for the left eye while +.5/-3.5 and 1 degree for the right eye .........however he can see everything clearly........I am quiet confused about his glasses wether he wears them or not.....kindly guide me
