Should My Symptoms Be Getting Worse When I Have A Left Pons Hemangioma With Worsening Weakness, Tremors, Fatigue, And Dizziness?

What am I “wait and see”ing for with left pons hemangioma? I am weaker and now have trembling in my right hand. Fatigue and dizziness is constant unless I sleep/rest on my right side for days. I do this to get a couple hours of business done but the walking or moving my head restarts the process and pressure. Do I just stop trying to do...anything at all? Eventually the sleeping will be constant at least.?.??? Life is no longer happening here. I can’t provide for all my needs (laundry, art, shopping, cooking, exercise: I’ve always loved these things) Am I dying slowly like a lazy pig??? Is this what they say wait and see for? Is it entertaining to others to see while I wait?
