Should My Teenage Son With Persistent Fever And Headache Continue Taking Azee, Dolo 650, Full 365 For 3 Days?

My son 17 year old having fever and headache, we did test of CBC and MP both ok, then covid antigen test is also negative.... First 2.5 days gave cefokind with paracetamol... Now yesterday onwards Azee with dolo 650 and full 365 which prescribed by a Dr who is DM Cardiologist...at night also he suffered with fever and headache... Pls suggest we continue last prescription for 3 days
