Should Numb/tingling And Swollen Lips Be Of Concern In Pregnancy?

I am 17 weeks pregnant. I have had a numb/tingling and slightly swollen lip for the last couple of hours. First it was my bottom lip and now it is my top lip. I have also developed a headache and slightly burning/irritated eyes. My main concern are my lips though. Should I be concerned?
