Should One Be Concerned About Perforation Post A Hysteroscopy?

I had a hysteroscopy yesterday, a 2 cm polyp was removed and a DandC was perfoemed, in which a small perforation occured in a thickened area near left part of fundus. The dr said there was no damage to the bowel and everything else looked good. Should I be concerned nabout the perforation?
