Should One Sleep Off The Effects Of Alcohol Or Wake Up And Go To Urgent Care Due To Ongoing Nausea, Vomiting, And Difficulty Retaining Fluids?

I have a patient who drank a little to much alcohol last night and more importantly didn t eat enough before hand. She is a 26 year old girl who has been presenting with Nausea and vomiting all day. she has had a lot of trouble retaining fluids and this has led me to book her an urgent care appointment. However she finally appears to have fallen asleep. Note she hasn t had any alcohol in over 14 hours. Should i let her sleep it off and hope that when she wakes up she may start to retain fluids or should i wake her up and bring her to the urgent care.
