Should Physical Exertion Be Avoided While Suffering From A Blood Clot In The Blood Vessel?
Thanks. About 5 yrs ago I had a triple A done and this yr on my yearly visit the c/t scan flung I had an Endo Leak. When the stent was put in it blocked off part of the blood vessel to one of my kidneys and I was told it would eventually die due to lack of blood. The c/t scan has shown the blood is having trouble getting through and has started to build up like a clot between the vessel and.the narrow opening to the arterie. My g.p. Who I saw today does not know much about this and said I will have to see the specialist who did the operation for advice but he is presently away. The advice I need is should I be very careful about any heavy activity and should I just become a couch potatoe? We are planning a small 4 day trip tomorrow and now are abit concerned.I am in good health and active and 76 yrs old. Thank you. Bob. Strong
