Should Red Nail Beds In An Infant With Coronavirus Be A Concern?

Hi my daughter hasCovid she’s five months old yesterday and the day before she had a high fever and she was very fussy whenever she’d be awake and very sleepy now she’s been awaken been doing fine feeding well but she does have red nail beds should I worry about that
