Should Salt Intake Be Increased When BP Is 108/48?

Hi there, I work out doing weight training and cardio. I took my blood pressure with a hme blood pressure kit and it reads 108/48 hr 71 - I am 41, female, 177cm tall and weigh 70kg. I feel fine and no dizziness or other symptoms. Should I up my salt intake?
