Should Second Dose Of Misoprostol And Antibiotics Given For Missed Periods And Hcg +ve Be Taken After Getting Periods?

Hi Dr.my last period had started on 17 Nov .and this month I missed.I tested and find hcg +ve.my Dr suggests me to take 2 mifeprin and after 48 hr to take 4 misoprostol.after that periods will start and I will start antibiotics.but after 30 hrs I started period like 1st day of mense.should I start antibiotic?pls suggest and another one is I will take misoprostol in 11pm so is it danger means in n8 some thing may occur.pls pls ans quickly.

No. Don't start with antibiotics, this may be a case of incomplete abortion. First, do an ultrasound of the abdomen.
