Should Shoulder Surgery Be Postponed If Suffering With Cold?

I am having shoulder surgery tomorrow and I was came down with a cold at the end of December. I am well but still have post nasal drip, running down the back of my throat I think, or it could be my GERD acting up, should I still have surgery, I never had a fever, no green or yellow mucus
