Should Something Be Done About Green Loose Stool In An Infant?

My baby is 5 months and 10 days old ..i give meiji 1 to him about 4 months now i change the formula milk to nestle lactogen 1 All the things of baby r good but he poop liquid green and to thin liquid ...he is not pooping in the right way .... what should i do
